Quality Manager at Baltic – Europe's leading manufacturer of safety products for water activities

Baltic is now looking for a committed and structured Quality Manager who wants to help lead our quality work to the next level.

About the role

As a Quality Manager at Baltic, you will play a central role in ensuring and further developing our quality management system. You will be responsible for meeting high standards for quality and certifications. The role also involves delegated responsibility for workplace safety. The position is based at the office in Älgarås, and you will report to the COO.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure that the company's quality management system is updated and effective
• Drive certification work and ensure compliance with ISO 9001
• Be responsible for processes related to product certifications and contact with certification bodies
• Lead the work on complaints and control of incoming goods and raw materials
• Manage internal and external audits and continuously work on improving our processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience working with quality management systems, especially ISO 9001
• Has experience with certification processes and quality assurance
• Has strong analytical skills and a structured approach
• Is a communicative leader who can anchor quality work at all levels of the organization
• Has a good understanding of details and a strong drive to develop processes and working methods
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
