Business Developer with Healthcare Experience

About the position

The purpose of the position is to further grow Folkuniversitetet through higher vocational education and other educational concepts. In this collaboration, you contribute valuable industry expertise and create frameworks for experience exchanges, competence development, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

You will be assigned one or more educational areas on which you will be measured and followed up. This includes, among other tasks:

• Actively monitor the external environment within the relevant educational area.
• Create a strong and long-term industry network
• Conduct market analyses and surveys as a basis for accurate applications.
• Develop new educational concepts
• Further develop existing courses

You will belong to a team of 8 people who work closely together, mostly remotely, as we are spread across the country.

You will work from one of our schools in Sweden and report to the head of the National Business Development Team.

Requirements

You have:

• Excellent skills in writing and communicating in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A high degree of self-leadership, a holistic view, and the ability to work structured by prioritizing among many different tasks. You deliver on time with high quality.
• Experience in networking and building relationships with others.
• Previous work experience in healthcare, preferably as a trained nurse.

It is advantageous if you have documented experience working with commercial education.

Travel in the job may occur.
