We are looking for someone who wants to step into the role of assistant property manager during a period when the regular employee is working on other tasks. Here, you will have the chance to work in an engaged and collaborative team where you make a difference for tenants every day! 

You will be part of a team of about 15 colleagues where collaboration around apartments and tenants is the focus. We value open dialogue, helpfulness, and a willingness to contribute to good service and quality.

About the role

As an assistant property manager with us, you will primarily be responsible for conducting move-out inspections of rental apartments and handling the administrative work related to these. 

You will:

- Conduct move-out inspections and prepare reports (also for move-ins and to define HLU status).

- Assess cost responsibility and manage invoicing for wear and tear.

- Order and follow up on actions after inspections.

- Work in the support system Fast2 – update cases, create invoice documentation, manage housing adaptations, and record-keeping.

- Collaborate with colleagues within the organization, such as property managers, building caretakers, and contractors.

- Assist with warranty cases.

Requirements for the position:

- Post-secondary education in real estate or equivalent experience.

- Previous experience with move-out inspections or similar tasks.

- B driver's license.

- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should also be able to communicate in English or another language if necessary.

- Good computer skills, especially in the Office suite.

Meritorious:

- Experience with LOU.

- Knowledge of Fast2 or similar property management systems.

As a person, you are unpretentious, engaged, and have a strong drive. You are outgoing, trustworthy, and clear in your communication. You have good collaboration skills and are willing to take your own initiatives.
