We are seeking a responsible site manager for our client Suvic AB, where you will play a key role in projects related to renewable energy and industrial construction. The position involves responsibility for solar and wind power projects as well as industrial construction projects throughout Sweden, with a particular focus on Norrland.

About the role

The site manager is responsible for leading and coordinating construction sites with a focus on budget, schedule, safety, and business goals. The role is suitable for a structured and organized person who wants to contribute to large-scale construction projects in renewable energy and industrial construction.

The working hours are 40 hours per week, but for assignments away from the base, working hours can be adjusted by agreement.

Responsibilities and tasks

Planning and scheduling of production
Budget monitoring and cost control
Documentation and reporting of project progress
Responsibility for safety and its development and monitoring in collaboration with the workplace organization
Collaboration with stakeholders, such as subcontractors and clients
Leadership and guidance of personnel on the construction site
Resource management and coordination for an efficient workplace
Quality control and ensuring that the work meets applicable standards
Problem-solving and risk management to ensure smooth project processes

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant technical education, such as construction manager, engineer, or civil engineer
At least 3 years of experience as a responsible supervisor or site manager
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing – knowledge of Finnish is an advantage
Driver's license (minimum B)
Strong collaborative skills and a solution-oriented attitude
Good planning ability and a goal-oriented work approach
Excellent organizational skills, including experience in scheduling, monitoring, and time management
Flexibility and the ability to act quickly in changing situations
