About the Role

As one of our employees is about to retire, we are now looking for his replacement. We are looking for a Machine Builder, who will be a key person in our work to manufacture highly automated special machines. In a function that is important to the company, you will have the opportunity to work with other colleagues to create completely custom-designed machines for our hose clamp manufacturing.

With us, you will work with the entire process, from brainstorming, ideas, and design proposals to prototype manufacturing, machine assembly, CE marking, production validation, and commissioning. The core of this is innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assembly of new machines and tools.
• Manufacturing of machine components according to drawings.
• Turning, milling, drilling, and grinding on manual machines.
• CNC machining.
• Reading technical drawings.
• Continuous improvements and refinements of the existing machine park.

Your Profile

We believe that a good background and experience for the position is Toolmaker or CNC Technician, and that you have several years in a similar position within machine building. Knowledge of measurement and reading technical drawings is a prerequisite for succeeding in the role. If you have experience in CAD/CAM, that is an extra plus. Mastering Swedish in both spoken and written form is necessary.
