About the Company

Production is increasing at our client in Värnamo – we are now looking for skilled welders to meet the demand.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with experience in both manual and/or robotic welding – if you are proficient in both, that’s a big plus! To thrive and succeed in this role, we also expect you to have good knowledge of reading technical drawings and measurement techniques.

You will work together with a close-knit team (literally!), so it is important that you enjoy collaborating. But the most important thing? You have an eye for quality, are meticulous, and always deliver solid work.

Your Background/Your Qualities

We prefer that you have previous welding experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry or a similar field – something that has given you good practical knowledge and understanding of the tasks.

You have a good technical understanding of drawings and feel confident interpreting specifications and instructions.

If you are also familiar with quality standards and testing methods related to welding work, that is a strong advantage – quality is always a priority!
