Aviator is currently looking for several Airport Staff members who will be part of the operational activities responsible for the work surrounding an aircraft's arrival and departure. We offer a temporary part-time position (75%) with an end date of 31/8-25, with a chance for extension.

Responsibilities as Airport Staff on the Ramp

Your tasks include ensuring that the customer's luggage is loaded, transported, and unloaded within set time frames in a safe and service-oriented manner. You will perform inspections of equipment and aircraft and report any faults discovered by managing the required documentation. By following airline-specific procedures, you prioritize our customers and their needs in everything you do.

Your Qualities

You thrive in a job where you can use your body as your primary tool, and you are meticulous, punctual, and enjoy working at a fast pace. You are a communicative person who finds it easy to work in a team as well as independently. Since you will often work under time pressure, you must have a good sense of humor, patience, and good physical fitness to be a part of our team.

Your Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years old and have completed a high school education or have an education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have a Class B driver's license, and having a Class C license is an advantage. Previous experience in Ground Handling is a plus. You are someone who can easily speak and write in both Swedish and English.

To enjoy the role, you must like working under set time frames in a fast-paced environment, as flights have departure times from early mornings, with shifts starting at 05:00, as well as late evenings and nights until 01:00, both on weekdays and weekends. It is important that you are adaptable and can reach Stockholm-Arlanda Airport during flexible hours.

As the work is performed in a security-classified area, a clean criminal record extract and security clearance from the Swedish Transport Agency are required before the start of training. To meet these requirements, you need to prove what you have done in the last 5 years in the form of references and supporting documentation, such as certificates and diplomas.
