Your Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement profile and kickoff meetings with the recruiting manager.
• Write and publish job advertisements.
• Support in the selection process.
• Conduct phone interviews and participate in in-depth interviews.
• Coach managers in their dialogue with candidates.
• Conduct digital reference checks.
• Administer, document, and ensure progress in the processes.

Worth Knowing

Please note that this is a consultancy position with TNG, where you will be hired out to Skanska. The assignment is full-time, and we hope you can start as soon as possible, preferably by May. The assignment is expected to last at least six months with good opportunities for extension. As a consultant at Skanska, you will be an important part of our geographical HR support team for West and Central Sweden, based in Gothenburg. We are an engaged and knowledgeable team that works closely with managers in the business and supports them in recruitment, labor law, rehabilitation, and union collaboration.

Our Expectations

We are looking for someone with a degree in human resources or behavioral science and at least one year of experience in operational recruitment throughout the recruitment process. You are confident in leading recruitment processes, accustomed to working independently, and have good experience with recruitment tools. If you have certification in Aon's psychological tests, that is a plus, but not a requirement.

As a person, you are structured, brave, and engaged. You have the ability to build trust, prioritize, and coach managers and candidates professionally. You are also flexible when circumstances change and have the ability to drive work forward without losing the overall perspective.
