IGS Assistans is currently looking for female personal assistants for a 17-year-old girl living in Sollentuna.

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has previous experience in the field. Nursing assistant education and experience are required for this position.

Your role as an assistant:

As a personal assistant, you should be committed and responsible, attentive and caring. The client requires double assistance around the clock, so it is important that you can collaborate with others. You should be meticulous and structured, cheerful and playful, and have great patience. You must be able to speak and write in Swedish and be smoke-free.

About the job:

You will play an important role in the client's daily life and activities. The client has no mobility and needs help with transfers, personal hygiene, feeding via PEG, and motor training. The client cannot communicate verbally, so it is important to learn over time to interpret the client's needs.

The position is approximately 75%. You will start with a period as a substitute during the first three months. If the chemistry and everything else works, you may then be offered a permanent position on a rolling schedule. Working hours vary and are distributed as follows: day shifts 07:00–14:00, evening shifts 14:00–21:00, night shifts 21:00–07:00, and weekend shifts (07:00–19:00).
