Ward 51 is a general psychiatric department located at S:t Göran Hospital in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

We have specialized expertise for patients with personality disorders, autism, compulsions, and anxiety disorders while also caring for a wide range of patients. Since the article was published, we have actively continued to work with Self-Selected Admission and now have two care places for this.

At Ward 51, nursing plays a central role in patient care where we focus on strengthening the ability for self-care. We work in interprofessional teams where you as a nurse have a leading and coordinating role. The department actively works for a student-friendly environment, among other things, through a structured education model according to peer-learning.

We are now looking for a nurse for a permanent full-time position in our well-staffed and experienced care team.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse with an interest in psychiatric care. You enjoy development and thrive with structure as well as variation in your work. It is an advantage if you have experience in psychiatry and/or are specialized in psychiatric care. Personal qualities such as understanding the importance of teamwork and being unpretentious are seen as merits.

Conditions

Permanent employment. Full-time shift day/evening (38.15h/week). Fixed rolling 10-week schedule with duty on 2 weekends out of 5. Start date: by agreement.
