We are currently seeking an engaged and analytical accounting controller for a key role in our growing company.

As an accounting controller, you will among other things:

• Work with monthly and quarterly reporting as well as annual reports
• Handle reporting to the parent company Lagercrantz Group.
• Be responsible for inventory valuation
• Perform various financial analyses and support the CEO/CFO with decision-making materials.
• Provide statistics for different parts of the business.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting work as well as cost follow-up.
• Contribute to improvements and development of financial management and processes.

To thrive in this role, you have a background in finance, with more than five years of experience in qualified financial work. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes as well as the ability to work in a structured and analytical manner. You are communicative, business-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. It is important to us that you actively seek new solutions to improve work methods and create efficient processes, which means you enjoy working in a digitally developed environment.

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in finance, and if you also have experience with similar tasks in the manufacturing industry, it is a merit. The work is primarily conducted on-site at the office in Tråvad.
