Do you enjoy service, have an easy time understanding new tasks, and like to take responsibility? Then the role of Station Support/Property Manager for SJ Stockholmståg might be right for you! As a station support/property manager, you will support the operations by ensuring that payment systems always function and provide accurate traffic information at all stations. You will ensure that support cases are handled with high quality in the safest and most efficient way possible, and you will also ensure internal logistics for our station hosts.

Your upcoming role

You will be based at our depot in Älvsjö, but the work involves being mobile throughout the entire commuter train network, from Arlanda to Gnesta, and Bålsta to Nynäshamn. You will travel between the stations by car.

The role includes, among other things:

• Quality assurance that information signage is current and follows established routines and agreements
• Detecting and removing graffiti, tags, stickers up to 1m²
• Ensuring that our payment systems operate safely and securely by providing internal support at locations throughout the commuter train network
• Conducting inspections to ensure good quality in work related to operations
• Daily checking, detecting, and reporting deviations, deficiencies, and needs according to routine at the stations and to the traffic authority
• Delivering materials to the operations efficiently and with excellent service

The work is scheduled during daytime, on weekdays and also weekends. You will report to the Head of Station Support Property and Payment Support.

Expectations for the candidate we are looking for The job places high demands on delivering service, assessing property-related issues, and planning your workday efficiently. You are someone who enjoys helping others, can easily grasp new tasks, and have good problem-solving skills. You thrive in working independently as well as in a team.

• A couple of years of experience working in service in dynamic environments
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Approved high school grades (or equivalent) in Swedish, mathematics, and English
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite, it is an advantage if you have specific knowledge in Excel
• Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience in property-related operations or equivalent.
