Phil’s was founded in 2014 with the goal of fundamentally changing the fast food industry. The first restaurant opened in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, and today we have 7 restaurants around Stockholm and a team of over 120 wonderful colleagues. But now we need another star: Server for Stockholm.

More than just burgers...

Phil's was born out of the belief that good food in an inspiring atmosphere doesn't have to be pretentious or complicated. We are driven to create a holistic experience for our guests, and even though we, as burger lovers, believe that a food experience can start with a world-class burger, we want a broad menu that suits both lunch, dinner, and an occasional after-work. Therefore, we are just as passionate about creating flavorful tacos, fresh salads, vegetarian options, and exciting cocktails as we are about creating stylish, inviting restaurants that feel just right for any occasion or company. The Role of Server

As a Server, you are the face of Phil’s. Your main tasks consist of creating a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, welcoming guests, taking orders at the counter or at the table, continuously checking wait times and orders with the kitchen, serving food and drinks, communicating with guests, and finally ensuring that guests leave in a good mood. Your tasks also include opening and closing the restaurant and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
