The Norra Fäladen Health Center is undergoing strong development, where we improve operations through a clear focus on education and a well-structured approach to best meet our patients' needs. We aim to be among the first public health centers to implement a more digital working method to meet the wishes of our population.

Currently, we have approximately 11,000 registered patients, a large portion of whom are students at Lund University. The health center operates within the framework of health choice and is accredited for child health care. We also have asthma/COPD and diabetes clinics, as well as physiotherapy and occupational therapy services. We are also part of Lund's first Family Center.

At the health center, there are specialists in general medicine, district nurses, diabetes nurses, elderly care nurses, asthma/COPD nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, medical secretaries, and nursing assistants. Together, we are over 40 employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist with us, you will have a central role as the face of our health center to our patients. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the health center. In your role as a receptionist, you will be responsible for staffing the reception, scanning, and cash reporting. Additionally, you will handle mail and referral management. Other tasks included in your work are ordering office supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have completed your high school education. Experience in reception work at a health center is an advantage. Additionally, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. You also possess good computer skills. Knowledge of fire safety and security within Region Skåne is an advantage.

To excel in this role, you are a curious, driven, and responsible person who sees challenges as opportunities. You are also attentive and skilled in communication. In the role of receptionist, you will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues in various professions, making it important that you have a service-oriented mindset.
