Your mission
We are looking for substitute registered nurses who work evenings, weekends, and nights.
The home healthcare team consists of nurses who work day/evening or night shifts. We have close collaboration with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, and assistive technology specialists. The collaboration also includes nursing staff, care managers, and others.

The municipal health and medical care is responsible for healthcare interventions, rehabilitation/habilitation, and assistive devices within regular housing, special housing, and short-term care units. With us, you will have an interesting and varied job where you, together with your colleagues, are responsible for health and medical care and lead and instruct in nursing work together with other nursing staff. You will also work independently and, by taking individual and joint responsibility with colleagues, assess and perform medical treatments and nursing interventions, giving you the opportunity to develop, broaden, and deepen your competence. You will also get to experience different care and nursing homes, and as a nurse in municipal health and medical care, you will have many partners, both internally and externally, which requires that you enjoy collaborating and cooperating. As a nurse with us, you will collaborate with external care providers and be part of collaborative healthcare through emergency centers, 1177, medical elderly care departments, and IVPA (in waiting for an ambulance) where urgent assignments are included.

You will have close collaboration with various professions, so we value good collaboration skills and that you are flexible as a person. You have the ability to take initiative and work independently. Furthermore, you are attentive, communicative, and have a good approach. You see challenges in daily work as opportunities for development. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Formal qualifications
- Registered Nurse.
- You need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
- A driving license (B) is required and digital certification with Bank ID.

Meritorious
- It is advantageous if you have experience and/or education related to municipal operations.

The employment
We offer summer substitutes in June, July, and August for evening, weekend, and night shifts at 100% or a working percentage by agreement. The nurse is currently placed in Home Healthcare within the welfare and labor market administration. The nearest manager is the head of Home Healthcare.
