We want to expand our psychosocial team with a psychologist who is willing to share their position, which means working 50 percent at Vårdcentralen Oxie and 50 percent at Vårdcentralen Kroksbäck. Your main unit and employment will be at Vårdcentralen Oxie.

Vårdcentralen Oxie is located in the central district of Oxie, which is a suburb of Malmö and lies in the Söder urban area. Oxie is located just under ten kilometers southeast of central Malmö with good commuting opportunities. At Vårdcentralen Oxie, you will be welcomed by 36 enthusiastic employees with a good team spirit, humility, and humor, which are a natural part of our daily life. Our highest priority is to offer our 10,300 registered patients broad, high-quality, and professional care through security and high availability. Vårdcentralen Kroksbäck is located in the Kroksbäck urban area, which is part of the Hyllie district in Malmö. Furthermore, the health center has been in existence since 1986 and is thus one of Malmö's oldest health centers. We welcome you to newly renovated premises with large fresh areas. Additionally, we have about 7,000 registered patients and are over 30 employees, who with pride and professionalism care for both our patients and each other. Our health center has stable medical staffing as well as a well-functioning internal collaboration both between and across professional boundaries. Together, we have developed a good working environment with flexible working hours, where participation and influence are self-evident for us. As we constantly want to develop our operations, we have a strong focus on improvement in everything we do, and we look forward to your involvement.

Both health centers are divided into cross-professional teams, where the purpose is to increase continuity for our registered patients and enhance team spirit for employees. You could be a key player in one of our teams while also being a support for all teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of psychologist with us, you will be part of a cross-professional team, and you have an important role in addressing mental health issues. At the health centers, you will meet patients with varying backgrounds and issues, which means that your work is varied. Here, you will treat patients with mild to moderate depression, crises, psychosomatic illnesses, stress, burnout syndrome, and lifestyle-related issues. You are an important partner to many of our other professions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. It is also a requirement for the position to have language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have previous work experience as a psychologist in primary care. We also see knowledge in PMO as a benefit.

As a person, you have a broad perspective on mental health and its treatment. Additionally, you are confident and flexible in your professional role and comfortable working both individually and together with colleagues from different professional categories. You strive for all our patients to receive a good reception and professional care. Furthermore, you have an interest in primary care and would like to contribute to the development of the operations. You also need to have a good ability for analytical problem-solving and see important factors in patients' overall situations. In your contact with patients and colleagues, we expect you to be attentive, professional, and engaged. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
