Furuborg School is the municipality's youngest school, covering grades F-6 and adapted primary school. The school has 380 wonderful students and a dedicated and competent staff.

Teacher in Primary School, Grades 1-3
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a teacher in primary school, you have clear leadership in the classroom and are a positive and secure role model. Together with the team, you are responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation. We are looking for someone who is experienced in adapting teaching for students who need clear pedagogical support and who can think outside the box. The students' conditions and needs guide the efforts. This means you need to have a good ability to adapt teaching for the students you are responsible for, both individually and in groups. You have a good ability to collaborate and always keep the whole picture from the student's perspective in focus.
Additional InformationNykvarn Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, and we consider it an advantage if you speak Finnish.
We require you to present a criminal record extract before employment.
QualificationsWe see that you are a driven and positive teacher who enjoys collaborating to achieve common success and that you are solution-focused and invite consultation. You thrive in the classroom and are the secure and positive leader our students need. To succeed in this role, you have experience in meeting different students and are good at building strong relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. We work together to ensure that students develop in their own learning.
To be considered for the position, you need to have a teaching license with subject qualifications to work as a classroom teacher for grades 1-3.
