Your role with us

We are now expanding our team with a documentalist for the unit Common Service Information Management (GAI). We work with information management - both administrative and technical documentation for OKG's facilities. The group is responsible for managing, updating, and developing the company's archives and working methods related to the area. In addition, we manage and develop the company's document management system.

As a documentalist within technical documentation, you will provide documentation support to the entire OKG organization. The role of documentation leader in specific projects may occur. The position involves many points of contact with internal personnel in maintenance, engineering, projects, and operations.

What will you work with?

• Archive service and archive care – both digitally and in paper format
• Distribution of documentation
• Search for documentation in our archives
• Management of drawings, facility documentation, etc.
• Keeping yourself updated on regulations and procedures relevant to the business.

Within the unit, we are about thirty people, both employees and consultants, but your closest team consists of nine motivated and dedicated colleagues. Everyone has their own areas of responsibility, but as a newcomer, you will be trained broadly to understand the technically and administratively complex operations.

You will report to the unit manager GAI and will have Johanna Berg as a manager with extensive knowledge of the operations and great trust in employees' willingness and ability for continuous improvement.

Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure, and our operations are subject to regulations regarding security protection, export control, and nuclear non-proliferation. Therefore, we will conduct security checks for all our positions and complement them with background checks for security-classified positions, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Uniper is part of critical societal operations in Sweden, which means that this position may be subject to military placement. A health examination, including a drug test, may also be relevant before employment.

Who we are looking for

Order and tidiness, structure, and accuracy should be words you identify with, as well as delivering quality and on time. You should have an interest in exploring new technology/work methods to improve and streamline work, as well as taking initiative and encouraging those around you in a humble manner.

Requirements:

• At least a high school diploma, preferably from administration and commerce/social sciences or technical program. Alternatively, skills acquired through work experience in a relevant field.
• Very good computer skills.
• Good language and communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken, written, comprehension).

Meritorious:

• Completed post-secondary education KY/YH/university in a relevant field for the role.
• Previous work experience from a similar role.
• Experience in handling technical documentation.
