Press Kogyo is a successful manufacturing company with ambitious Japanese owners. We work with sheet metal with a thickness ranging from 1.5 to 18 millimeters. We have a versatile process where we engage in laser cutting, pressing, machining, and welding. Our new painting facility will be completed in 2025, providing a comprehensive solution here in Oskarshamn.

Our owner is the global Japanese corporation Press Kogyo, one of Japan's largest subcontractors, with factories in Japan, Thailand, the USA, China, Indonesia, and Oskarshamn. We are a complete contract supplier of sheet metal components, tailored for small, medium, and large series.

In Oskarshamn, we have 150 employees and a turnover of approximately 530 million.

Press Kogyo Sweden AB is now looking for a Production Planner.

Main responsibilities:

In the role of Production Planner at Press Kogyo, you are expected to:

- Lead projects to introduce new or modified products and/or production equipment.

- Lead and/or participate in outcome testing/PPAP of items produced in equipment.

- Lead and/or participate in projects with customers regarding the development of existing and new products.

- Contribute to ensuring that new products are adapted and introduced in the best way.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys the fast pace of the industry. You have some experience in production technology or production planning.

Personal profile

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have good problem-solving skills. You can plan your work and take initiative.

You are driven and can easily communicate with your surroundings. You are creative, positive, and enjoy challenges.

You are self-sufficient, can easily take on new tasks, and thrive in a flexible environment that may involve sudden changes.

You can express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
