And with a new facility on the way, we are stepping on the gas to double our sales and aim for a billion in revenue! Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for you who want to take a clear leadership role, coordinate our car care teams, and contribute to ensuring that every car leaves us in top condition – ready for the next journey. About the role Imagine sitting in the driver's seat – with three powerful engines under the hood: the workshop, the tire hotel, and the reconditioning. As our new Production Manager, you are the one who smoothly shifts between planning, personnel management, quality control, and continuous improvement. You keep track of every step from when a car rolls into the workshop, shines through reconditioning, and then accelerates towards sales. You report to the Production Manager and have your own responsibility for steering and coordinating the daily work with precision – think of a team where you are both a team leader and a tactician. You allocate resources, are responsible for personnel planning, boost motivation, and ensure that the inventory (yes, we are talking both tires and parts) is in top shape. Finance? You keep a steady pace – with full control of the budget and clear reporting. Work environment? You build a safe work environment where both routines and people thrive. And improvements? You identify them early and take the initiative for changes that genuinely increase both efficiency and quality. We are looking for someone who… ...likes to work in a fast-paced environment and knows that every part of a machine must function perfectly for the whole to run smoothly. You have a clear leadership style – people want to follow you, not just because you tell them to, but because you inspire them to want to perform.

• You have experience leading teams in a similar environment
• You have good knowledge of vehicle technology, workshops, tires, and reconditioning
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form
• Driver's license, a requirement for us
