About the Position

For upcoming needs, we are now looking for welders for Laxå Special Vehicles!

In the position of welder at Laxå Special Vehicles, the work involves producing components for truck cabins and chassis. The work primarily involves operating welding robots as well as manual welding using the MAG method. Thin sheet metal is welded and the work is done according to drawings. The role also includes contributing to ensuring that the work is performed efficiently and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Together with colleagues, you will contribute to high productivity and timely deliveries. To succeed in this role, you need to be engaged and motivated and enjoy working physically.

The working hours are during the day.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has trained in welding or vehicle and transport. Ideally, you have practical welding experience gained through work. You should be able to easily receive and understand instructions and speak and understand sufficient Swedish. Furthermore, you are responsible, self-driven, and have a good sense of order. You also care about contributing to the team's well-being through good collaboration. It is an advantage if you live in the local area and have experience from the automotive industry.

To thrive in this role, you should be driven and have a genuine interest in your tasks and the department's mission. You are quality-oriented, proactive, and work towards continuous improvements. You possess good teamwork skills and have a strong focus on safety.
