We are looking for you with experience in soldering and assembly for our client in the electronics industry, who values quality and thrives when there is a lot to do.

Job Responsibilities
After a thorough introduction and training, your tasks will include;

• performing work under a microscope
• soft soldering
• working with thermosetting plastics
• working individually or in a workgroup with controlled cycle times
• improving work methods to make the work smoother
• striving to improve and simplify work processes and routines - preferably with the fundamental ideas of “Lean value”

Working hours are initially 07:30-16:00 and may later shift to 2- and 3-shift work.

Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone with soldering experience from previous jobs, preferably with some form of technical education. Experience in electronics production focused on final assembly and testing is an advantage.

You are communicative, have good reading skills, can understand instructions, and work in a structured manner. As a person, you are comfortable working towards set goals and are motivated by working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy having a lot to do, taking responsibility, and ensuring that tasks are completed.
