Your Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you will monitor and manage machines in various industries, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure that products meet quality standards. You will follow safety regulations and document machine operations. Technical competence and attention to detail are important qualities for the role.

The working hours are scheduled for 2 shifts. The position is full-time, and you will be employed as a consultant at Lernia Bemanning, but hired out to our client.

Requirements

Forklift license for authorized B1 & B3 according to TLP10
Overhead crane
Driver's license
You need to be able to work uninterrupted throughout the summer
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Experience in similar tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Technical vocational high school education or equivalent training, preferably focused on mechanics, automotive technology, or workshop technology.

Personal Attributes

We are looking for a technically skilled and meticulous machine operator with good problem-solving abilities, a sense of responsibility, and flexibility. You should be able to handle and maintain machines, follow safety regulations, and work effectively under pressure. We also value good communication skills, willingness to collaborate, and initiative. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
