Billing Administrator

We are looking for an engaged Billing Administrator who wants to join our client's successful team in Uppsala. The Billing team at our client is on an exciting journey with many new initiatives and areas to explore. If you want to contribute to organizing, quality assuring, and optimizing the team's daily work, this is the right assignment for you.

The team's main goal right now is to continuously improve the billing process and ensure that both external and internal customers receive an excellent experience. The team supports the business in all ongoing projects and initiatives. Billing is part of Business Finance SE, and you will report to the Billing Manager. The Billing team is responsible for carrying out quality billing for both corporate and private customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks within Billing
• Handle billing-related second-line issues
• Prepare reports for the business
• Resolve and/or escalate incidents within the company
• Conduct AdHoc investigations within Billing
• Daily monitoring of system fallouts and suspense

Right candidate for the role

• 1-2 years of experience in billing administration
• Good system proficiency
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Experience in similar tasks is an advantage. You are used to working in different systems and have an easy time adapting to new ones. You work in a structured manner and are very meticulous in everything you undertake. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proactive, flexible, and self-driven. You are social and enjoy a role that requires a lot of contact within the organization, for example with the finance department and the operational business.

Start date: Immediately or as agreed

Working hours: Monday-Friday, office hours

Location: In this position, you will work on-site at the client's location in Uppsala
