- With us, you get to work patient-centered and focus on what is important for each person, says Johanna, nurse. She continues: We get to work quite freely around the patient and have the opportunity to offer "the little extra," which is important in the phase of life our patients are in. We work in a wonderful team with good collaboration and get to make a difference for our patients every day.
Palliative care takes great account of the entire life situation and considers both physical and psychological as well as social and existential needs. This also means providing support to relatives. The goal is to promote the highest possible quality of life and well-being. The ambition is that everyone cared for in the department should experience safety, receive a personal approach, and feel respected in a calm and harmonious environment. In this work, you and your colleagues play an important role.
We offer you a very interesting job where you can make a significant difference for our patients, as well as the opportunity to develop together with a multidisciplinary team.
