Since 2004, we have been an established publishing/media agency that publishes Enterprise Magazine in Sweden. Our team has worked for many years with editorial communication (storytelling) and digital marketing.

We develop engaging and inspiring content in the form of storytelling for our clients. Articles that we then promote via social media, Google, and other platforms. For us, Content Marketing is about creating engaging content aimed at active and customer-specific target groups.

Today, we are an organization with 9 employees spread across Sweden, with offices in Stockholm and Ljungby.

We are now looking for an editor for our Swedish magazine, where the main task is to produce texts through interviews on audio files, edit finished texts, and handle the administration that arises with clients regarding text. In your new role, you will work on-site at our office in Ljungby. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the texts are SEO-optimized in a natural way so that they generate visibility for our clients when searching for their services and products. As an editor, you will have ongoing contact with our field representatives across Sweden and hold a key position within the company regarding everything related to our texts.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for client contact/proofreading and administration regarding articles.
• Write short and engaging texts for our clients (approximately 2500 characters).
• Plan and compile all editorial material.
• Ensure that the magazine's text content maintains the highest quality.
• Collaborate with the production team to manage our web communication.
• Write SEO-optimized articles.

We are looking for someone who

• Is educated in journalism, media and communication studies, or equivalent.
• Is an efficient writer and can adapt your writing to different industries.
• Has a positive and good customer approach. Service-minded and solution-oriented.
• Enjoys working independently and at a reasonable pace.
• Is meticulous, flexible, and strives for that little extra in every client case.
• Has an interest in marketing and building brands.

Preferred but not required

• Experience with web publishing in CMS systems.
• Knowledge of InDesign & Photoshop.
• Knowledge of social media.

The position is part-time with the possibility of extra work depending on order volume. You will produce between 4 - 8 texts per week, and the articles are approximately 2500 characters long. In this position, a fixed salary is provided with the chance for extra hours during peak order times.
