We are looking for a Mega Multi-tasker!

We are a small company with 10 employees where everyone works as a family across borders with many different tasks as we are spread across Sweden in several different locations. We renovate older homes and rent them out to companies and have a vision to create LSS housing for substance abusers as well as a spa hotel with various treatments. We own and manage rental properties, industrial buildings, schools, villas, farms, and a campsite. We have also been running a sound and light DJ company for 40 years. It is more than just chaos all the time. We are looking for someone who loves expansion, pace, and juggling many balls in the air and can deliver even more than what customers demand or wish for.

We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker and much more than just the title photographer above, extremely flexible and mobile, can travel to several different locations and perform many different tasks as a team member:

Be involved in developing the company.

Travel between our various properties and not only photograph but also decorate, design, and sometimes participate in or completely handle renovations. Pick up furniture from estates and hotels that we use in the decor with a smaller truck (B driver's license).

Also photograph and list sound, light, DJ, and electronic products on eBay, Amazon, etc. We have 30,000 items spread across several different warehouses, and much of it is used or demo items that need to be sold off.

Take good pictures with our Hasselblad camera as well as drones and 3D.

Work on our various websites: www.rentalhome.se which is under development, www.uthyres.eu, www.ramsjocamping.com, www.billebro.se as well as thousands of ads on Airbnb, Expedia, Booking, Blocket, Tradera, Facebook, etc. Develop so we can be seen on even more sites.

Welcome guests. Maintain contact with guests. Handle bookings together with us. Also help other customers within the electronics company. For example, deliver a smoke machine when you pass Örebro... Please note that we work in teams, so you are not alone with all these tasks! We support each other and are a super nice team that loves what we do. It is recycling at the highest level of both properties and decor. Almost all decor here is recycled. Do you want to be part of developing this? And take it to the next level? And the next? Tell us where you live, how flexible and mobile you are, we offer accommodation throughout Sweden (if you do not have a motorhome like some applicants do), send a picture of yourself and preferably also pictures of what you have created. It is a requirement that you can also clean when needed, wash windows, move-out cleaning, and fine cleaning. We help each other in our team with everything. No one is too good or too bad for anything.
