In this role, you will respond to incoming inquiries via phone and chat, assisting customers with everything from technical issues to practical questions about apps, computers, and smartphones. We are looking for someone who wants to learn how customer service works & develop – you will of course receive paid training at the beginning of the position. 

We believe that you 

  • Are curious, communicative, and enjoy finding solutions
  • Have a complete high school diploma
  • Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good English skills
  • Have basic technical skills – it’s a plus if you are familiar with iOS or MacOS

Working hours 

The customer service hours are between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday. You will work 80–100% scheduled within these hours.

Please note that this is a permanent position – not suitable for those planning to start or resume studies this fall.
