Experienced Finance Assistant Needed in Sundsvall

We are now looking for an experienced finance assistant for our client in Sundsvall, who also has experience in order management and some project administration. The assignment is intended to start as soon as possible, preferably in May, and last until the end of the year. For the right person, there may be an opportunity for employment with the client.

About the Position

The role is broad, and you will have the opportunity to work with a large network within the company, both with external and internal customers. You will be part of a team that works together on various areas of responsibility.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing the daily flow of orders, invoicing, working with suppliers and invoices, and continuously ensuring good financial control over the business.

Suitable Background

To be successful in this role, we see that you have experience working in finance or logistics and have previously worked with similar tasks. Furthermore, you have experience working in various systems, as well as proficiency in Excel.

Personal Qualities

As a person, you are communicative, meticulous, and place a high value on contributing quality. You are curious and comfortable working in a broad role with tasks that vary in nature.
