Personal Assistant for Awake Night Shifts

We are currently in need of someone who is willing and able to take extra awake/active night shifts. In this assistance group, it is important that you as an assistant can work both night/day and evening. There is already a fantastic group of very dedicated colleagues and personal assistants. They are the ones who ensure that life runs smoothly for our client who lives in a villa centrally located in Falköping.

The work as a personal assistant takes place in the client's home or wherever the client is located. The personal assistant's main tasks include hygiene, assistance during meals, training, cleaning, and recreational activities.

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

Respect, care, and nursing in a fine combination are what your future colleagues deliver daily and what is expected of you. We need you to be responsible, secure, and attentive. Your personality is very important, and we want you and others around you to describe you as loyal, engaged, and full of positive energy.

We want you to be considerate, meticulous, and empathetic. You also need to work well with colleagues as you will often work with 2 assistants together. We document for all our clients, which requires good knowledge of Swedish.

Desirable Experience

• Swedish spoken and written is a requirement.
• Experience in similar work.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Extra hours as needed, primarily awake night shifts.
• Start immediately or as agreed.

• We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
