About Us

Micasa Fastigheter i Stockholm AB is a property company that is part of the Stockholm Stadshus AB group.

Our main task is to provide well-managed, safe, and accessible housing for the city's elderly, people with disabilities, and prioritized groups with a weak position in the housing market.

From October 1, 2025, Micasa Fastigheter will take over the operation in-house for the western district. By taking over the operation in-house, we aim to create a more robust and flexible organization that can better meet future challenges while being more present in the properties and achieving closer and more transparent contact with tenants.

We are now looking for an Operations Technician with an electrical focus who wants to help develop our new operations organization!

About the Job

As an operations technician with an electrical focus, you will work with your colleagues to ensure the daily operations and future development of the properties regarding electrical issues. You will be responsible for and perform electrical repairs, new installations, renovations, and maintenance work in our properties. The role is part of our newly established unit for the western district and reports to our unit manager.

The planned start date for the position is September 1.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing electrical troubleshooting, repairs, new installations, renovations, and maintenance work
• Ensure that the properties in the operational area meet current regulatory requirements for electrical installations, electrical devices, and electrical work
• Inspection and testing of power supply
• Coordination and control of electrical work performed by in-house staff, subcontractors, or side suppliers
• Contribute to improvement work/planned maintenance
• Daily communication with customers, operations, colleagues, and suppliers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in electrical systems in properties
• Authorization at least BB1 issued by the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency for electrical installation work in low-voltage electrical systems
• Experience as electrical work responsible during electrical work execution
• Ability to independently perform inspections, maintenance, and service as well as troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Good knowledge of all aspects and elements necessary for safe electrical work
• Knowledge to identify hazards and risks in electrical work to prevent accidents
• Approved ESA training
• Driver's license B

It is advantageous to have:

• Installation experience of electrical components/equipment
• Good knowledge of ESA and other relevant laws and regulations
• Knowledge or familiarity with LOU
• Familiarity with municipal operations
• Training in
