The NHV unit in Sundsvall offers national highly specialized care for patients with severe eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa and related conditions. The goal is to provide evidence-based treatment that promotes recovery through a holistic view of the patient's physical, psychological, and social needs. The operation also conducts research to improve care in the field.

We are now looking for a medical secretary/administrator to join our team. The position is a 6-month full-time temporary position with start date as agreed.

As a medical secretary, you will coordinate the activities of the NHV management, document from team and referral conferences, and to some extent related to research and development work. Your responsibilities include:

• Registration and billing of care and visits
• Mail and referral handling
• Responsible for documenting and archiving relevant protocols, decisions, and reports from team and referral conferences.
• Support in planning and implementing improvement work and quality initiatives.
• Administer and ensure correct documentation and follow-up according to the Mental Health Act (LPT).
• Administer and coordinate functional mailboxes and email communication for the care unit.

To a lesser extent, journal documentation is also included.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a trained medical secretary
• Has experience with the journal system Cosmic
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is a merit if you

• Have knowledge of and experience with the Mental Health Act (LPT)
• Have experience working in a facility that handles highly specialized care or similar complex care environments
• Have good knowledge of English in speech and writing
