A key part of the job is the ability to collaborate and cooperate with individuals, relatives, colleagues, others within the municipality, and also external actors.

As a case officer, you are responsible for, based on applicable legislation and requirements:

• assessing needs, making decisions, and following up on interventions
• communicating in writing and verbally with users, relatives, and various partners.

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements: To be considered for this position, we expect you to have a university degree as a social worker, lawyer, or equivalent in social care or behavioral science, as well as documented relevant legal competence. If you do not have a social work degree, you are expected to have an education in social law. You hold a valid driver's license (B) and it is essential that you master the Swedish language correctly, both spoken and written, to ensure that documentation, investigations, and other documents are of high quality.

Meritorious:

• Experience as a case officer within LSS and SoL.
• Experience in handling according to IBIC
• Experience in using the systems Procapita/Lifecare

As a person, you are stable and thrive in a role where you work solution-oriented, as the job requires you to be able to adjust plans based on emerging situations. You work independently and systematically with a good ability to organize, plan, and prioritize your work effectively. You enjoy meeting people, have a positive outlook, and possess good collaboration skills with a personal drive. To succeed in this role, you need the ability to create clarity and trust.
