The Challenge

• As a project manager at Siemens, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of projects, from project initiation to completion. You will work in a matrix-like organization that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize.
• You are responsible for health, safety, and environment (HSE), financial results, progress, and quality in project deliveries to our customers while actively using project management tools to achieve project goals.
• You have overall responsibility and authority to make decisions in technical and financial matters. In this role, you will manage contracts, resources, delivery, time, cost, quality, risk, and opportunity management. Procurement and logistics are part of the assignment, but the most important part is communication and collaboration both internally and externally.

What is required of me?

• You have many years of relevant work experience in project activities towards external customers.
• Experience with larger industrial projects is an advantage.
• You are familiar with reading contracts and managing delivery terms.
• It is advantageous if you hold PM certification (e.g., IPMA and PMI).
• You are confident in your role as a leader and are not afraid to take full responsibility for your project's finances and its participants.
• You have a strong drive to develop, improve, and solve challenges in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• You are social, open, and easily build trust in your relationships.
• You value collaboration and build long-term relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
• A driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required.

As our customers are located all over Sweden and our factories/suppliers are in Sweden and other countries, travel may be required in the position. Your preferred location is where Siemens has larger establishments, such as Solna, Västerås, Mölndal, Malmö, Uppsala, or Luleå. Other locations may also be of interest!
