ABOUT THE POSITION We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a shorter temporary position of about 80% with our client who lives just outside Bollnäs. After that, we offer a position as a substitute as needed, and we would like you to also be available to work in the summer during the absence of regular staff. The working hours are primarily scheduled as day shifts, during weekdays and some weekends. The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 14:30-14:30 day

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a cheerful girl who loves to laugh. She lives just outside Bollnäs with her family, and the work will take place from her home. The client has a strong will and is independent based on her own conditions. She enjoys music, swimming, being outdoors, and anything that involves excitement. As a personal assistant, you will accompany her in daily activities and help her with everyday tasks. Your main responsibilities will include dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, meal situations, daily activities, communication, and medication.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, calm, and confident in themselves. Furthermore, you are attentive and can give her the time and patience needed when she wants to show or tell something. The pace of work can vary during the day, and for that reason, you should be flexible and able to handle both slower and faster tempos and be stress-resistant. We view previous experience in the profession positively, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car.
• Not allergic to cats and horses.

MERITS

• Experience with autism.
• Experience with severe disabilities.
• Experience working in a low-arousal manner.

Employment rate: Substitute position.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.
