As a case officer at the Swedish Transport Administration, you help facilitate the everyday life for residents and businesses across Sweden. You do this by contributing to the infrastructure of the future.

Case Officer - Case Reception Job Responsibilities

We in the Planning area are now looking for a case officer for Customer Service and Diary. With us, you will gain broad insight and good knowledge of the entire Swedish Transport Administration as you will receive inquiries about the entire organization's operations and respond to/refer them correctly. You will primarily handle incoming customer cases via phone and written communication in the case management system. Diary management and registration of documents will also occur.

This role suits you who thrive in customer meetings, want structured and similar administrative tasks, but can also work independently. The position mainly involves daytime work with flexible working hours, but shift work after regular working hours, including night shifts, occurs approximately every 6 weeks.

Do you wish to work partially remotely? In this position, there may be an opportunity to work from home for up to 40 percent of your working time after the introduction period.

What happens next? If you proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to complete web-based tests that will be sent out digitally shortly after the application deadline has passed. Qualifications

Who are you?

As a person, you have good collaboration skills as you will have broad contact areas within the Swedish Transport Administration in the role of case officer. You can explain what applies in a pedagogical way and if something has gone wrong, you are confident enough to stand up for the regulations. Furthermore, you are meticulous and enjoy having order and structure. You have a good ability and enjoy working systematically according to established routines. You are analytical and easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • completed high school education
  • current experience in responding to customer inquiries in support/customer service, both via phone and email
  • good computer skills and recent experience with digital case management
  • very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

  • worked with case management and/or diary management in public/state operations
  • recent experience of working shifts/unusual hours.
