The position is a temporary contract from August 2025 to August 2026.
About the role
As an HR Generalist, you will be an important part of our HR team and work closely with the HR manager in ongoing development work. The position includes both operational HR support and some administrative tasks.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing support to managers in various HR-related questions and processes
- Responsible for the municipality's salary mapping
- Coordinating and following up on employee surveys
- Being the process owner for the municipality's recruitment tools
- Supporting efforts to strengthen the municipality's employer brand
- Working on investigations and participating in various HR-related projects
- Developing and managing HR-related statistics and reporting

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an academic education in HR or equivalent
- Has several years of experience in broad HR work
- Is accustomed to working in various HR systems and has good knowledge of Excel
- Can express yourself clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Thrives in an environment where collaboration and shared learning are central
- Has the ability to provide secure and professional support to managers in HR matters
You are solution-oriented, structured, and proactive. You easily build trusting relationships and are driven to contribute to the development of the organization. You also enjoy taking on investigations and projects as a natural part of HR work.
