Serving Staff

To succeed as serving staff with us, you are a team player who, together with your colleagues, provides our guests with the best possible experience with a smile on your face. We expect you to be organized, proactive, and see what needs to be done. You are flexible, unpretentious, and thrive when it's busy. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English. It is a merit if you have education/work experience in Hotel & Restaurant and have beverage knowledge. You must be at least 16 years old or turn 16 during 2025.

Dishwasher

As a dishwasher with us, you will be an important part of the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With your commitment and energy, you contribute to providing our guests with the best possible experience. We expect you to have a positive attitude and the ability to keep up the pace even during stressful times. You are meticulous and have an eye for order and cleanliness. You are the one who ensures that plates, glasses, and cutlery are always ready for the next serving. No prior knowledge is required – we will teach you everything you need to know!

What can we offer?

A fun and rewarding summer job where you have the opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests, your colleagues, and yourself. The restaurant is open from June to August. We serve lunch buffets and pizza; in the evenings, we have à la carte, pizza, and on certain evenings, a grill buffet. Working hours vary according to the restaurant's opening hours, so there are both day and evening shifts every day of the week. The employment is a seasonal position of 50-100%. Salary and other conditions according to the collective agreement with HRF. Possibility of staff accommodation.

Brasserie Udden is a restaurant with a magnificent view of Lake Orsa and the surrounding nature. Here, our guests sit at the end of the point and enjoy a lovely breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
