We are looking for

Do you enjoy working together with others and contributing creativity and innovative thinking? That's great, we are looking for a person with a strong ability to contribute to team spirit and who sees opportunities for change work. You have good self-awareness and provide people with security through your expertise and thoroughness, qualities that also make you a good mentor for colleagues and future employees. You are results-oriented and solution-focused. You are a licensed nurse, district nurse, or advanced clinical nurse who is attracted to varied tasks. You must have the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare, good knowledge of Swedish and English, and the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written language at a C1 level. Additionally, we value further language skills.

This is what you will work with

We work with patients of various ages with all kinds of health-related issues; as a nurse with us, you will independently as well as with the team assess and treat these. In addition to outpatient work, there is an opportunity to develop your own nurse-led clinics based on needs and areas of interest, such as diabetes, Waran/NOAK, incontinence, asthma/COPD, hypertension, and mental health.
We have a close collaboration with the municipality and other health centers within primary care in Boden. To meet patients' needs, we use digital communication among other things, and we see the patient as an active and natural partner in their own health. Your workday is individually structured with meetings, training, and administrative work. Your introduction is planned with your mentor to ensure you feel secure in your work.

Information about the position

You have the opportunity to apply for a permanent position or a temporary position full-time or part-time. Dialogue about remote work is possible. Some duties in the joint on-call service for primary care in Boden may occur. Start date according to agreement. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
