About the healthcare center Kry healthcare center in Älmhult, along with its child healthcare center and nursing home, serves approximately 5,600 registered patients. You will be part of a highly skilled and dedicated team of around 20 employees. With a shared vision of putting the patient at the center through high accessibility and good service, we aim to provide patients with the primary care of the future.

About the role As a specialist physician, you will be offered a flexible job where you can work physically at one or more of our healthcare centers in the region depending on needs and preferences, as well as work with digital patient meetings in Kry's digital service where you work from home (scope according to agreement). In addition to varied tasks where you will have the opportunity to meet and advise many different patients, you will contribute to developing and transforming primary care where your ideas create value for the organization and Kry's efforts to improve primary care.

Qualifications & qualities

• You are a trained specialist in general medicine.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage.
• You have good technical skills; prior experience with digital healthcare meetings is an advantage.
• Experience in Swedish primary care is an advantage.
• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first.
• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients.
