About the role

As an intensive care nurse at Ideal Bemanning, you will:

• Be responsible for and perform advanced health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL) within an intensive care environment.
• 
  
• Independently assess, plan, and execute emergency medical interventions for patients with compromised vital functions.
• 
  
• Manage and monitor medical technology equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring systems.
• 
  
• Collaborate closely with doctors, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary teams.
• 
  
• Work according to evidence-based guidelines for intensive care and document and follow up care interventions according to applicable laws and local routines.
• 
  
• Contribute to the patient's safety and recovery through an empathetic and present approach even in critical situations.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse with further education in intensive care.

• Has good clinical assessment skills and is confident in making quick medical decisions.

• 
  
• Previous experience in intensive care, anesthesia, or emergency care is highly meritorious.
