SOS Alarm continuously works to analyze and develop our security efforts to create a safer Sweden for all, not least for our SOS colleagues. To monitor our sites, we are now strengthening the organization with security guards in Stockholm.

The assignment includes broadly

The security guard's task is primarily to ensure access control at the site, while also providing professional service to all visitors in their often first encounter with SOS Alarm Sweden AB. Our security guards are one of the company's faces to the outside world and will be the first person our customers, partners, employees, and visitors meet. Therefore, it is important to always act in a professional and trustworthy manner.

The tasks include, among others:

• Visitor management/access control and administration of the visitor system.
• Internal and external patrols of the site's premises.
• Intervention during incidents.
• Escorting contractors or visitors.
• Preventive security-related checks.
• Patrolling by car.

You understand that physical interventions may occur. You must also have a B driver's license, as well as good health and physical condition. You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. At least three (3) years of experience in the security industry. Experience in independent work. This position is security classified, therefore you must be a Swedish citizen and undergo a security screening. You also need to be approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company. SOS Alarm will handle that application.

You must also have approved high school grades in Swedish and English, at least E or equivalent.

You should also be unpunished, drug-free, and have organized personal finances.

We are primarily looking for you who have complete security guard training, VU1 and VU2.

It is an advantage if you have approved security guard training according to FAP 694-1 and training in handling firearms for security guards according to FAP 694-1 and technical knowledge.

You should also be service-oriented and solution-oriented, who enjoys being there for others and gives a pleasant and stable impression. You are organized, work methodically, and have a calm and empathetic personality. Of course, you already have a high security awareness.

This position is scheduled for night shifts.

SOS Alarm conducts security screening with background checks on its personnel according to the requirements of the Security Protection Act (2018:585). A check according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies is also performed and is active during the employment period. A drug test without remarks is a prerequisite for employment.The position also involves military placement at SOS Alarm.
