Gaudii Clinic is a rapidly growing clinic chain with four clinics in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Umeå, with great ambitions to improve people's quality of life. We are now looking for students seeking summer jobs at our clinic in Uppsala to help us continue delivering superior service and results-oriented treatments for pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, heaviness, and erectile dysfunction.

About the role

As clinic staff at Gaudii Clinic, your role is crucial to the customer experience. You will welcome customers at the clinic and perform treatments with Emsella (we provide all the training!). Customer service is of utmost importance to us at Gaudii Clinic – your approach creates the first impression and shapes the customer's entire experience. Therefore, your mission is central to the organization; you ensure that every customer feels professionally welcomed, respected, and safe throughout their visit with us.

You will:

• Conduct consultations
• Perform treatments with Emsella and Emsculpt Neo (training included)
• Welcome and support customers throughout their visit.
• Document.
• Ensure that the clinic is always in top condition.
• Inform and educate customers about pelvic floor health.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying and looking for a summer job.
• Is passionate about customer service and has a strong interest in health and wellness.
• Is a doer with unique social skills and the ability to create safety and trust.

It is a plus if you:

• Are studying to become a nurse, doctor, sports physiologist, physiotherapist, etc.
• Have a strong interest in health and fitness.
• Have experience in sales.
• Can continue working evenings/weekends even in the fall.
