Are you a solution-oriented person with a passion for customer service and looking to take the next step in your career within customer support? We are now seeking a customer service representative for a global company in the automotive industry – an exciting consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment!

In the role of customer service representative, you will be an important part of a close-knit and positive team in Uppsala. You will work with customer support and order management, ensuring that our customers' issues are handled smoothly, professionally, and with high quality. You will have daily contact with both customers and dealers – primarily in the Danish market – and you will collaborate closely with colleagues in both Sweden and Denmark.

Your main tasks:

• Register and manage cases in our systems
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email
• Follow up on work orders and deliveries
• Support colleagues in Denmark with administration and customer dialogues
• Work on improvements and process development within customer support

This position is a full-time assignment through Autorekrytering and is located at our client in Uppsala. There are good opportunities for a permanent position directly with the company after the assignment.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in customer service, customer support, or another customer-facing role
• Has good administrative skills and is comfortable working in various systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently – if you also speak Danish, that is a big plus!
• Is service-minded, meticulous, and enjoys working in a team
• Has a B driver's license (meritorious, not a requirement)

You do not need to have experience from the automotive industry – the most important thing is that you have a drive for customer service and enjoy creating structure and solving problems. You will receive thorough training and support in your development.
