About the job

As a co-driver at Renova, you will work alongside a driver in a two-person operated garbage truck, usually a rear loader. Together, you are responsible for collecting waste from households and businesses. You will handle waste collection and emptying of residual waste, food waste, and recyclable materials. You will also assist the driver with simple administration, daily supervision, and maintenance of the vehicle as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys physical work outdoors in all weather
• Likes to collaborate and has a positive attitude
• Takes responsibility and contributes to a good atmosphere in the group

QUALIFICATIONS

• Class B driver's license (preferable, not mandatory)
• Can speak, understand, and write Swedish at an independent level
• Good physical condition as the work can be physically demanding at times
• At least 18 years old

You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working with others. With a flexible and solution-oriented approach, you tackle tasks in an engaged manner. Since you are Renova's face to the public and meet customers daily in your work, it is important that you are positive, outgoing, and customer-focused. You take responsibility for your tasks and show commitment in everything you do.
