Job Responsibilities

We are now looking for someone with previous experience as a machine setter in the industry who wants to work in the plastic industry! This is a consulting assignment with our client in Västerås, with a good opportunity for a permanent position. The client works with injection molding of thermoplastic components and has a state-of-the-art machine park equipped with pick-and-place robots, enabling fully automated production around the clock. As a machine setter on the injection molding machines, you will prepare the machines for production according to current instructions. You will change the tools in the machine, remove old material, and ensure that the equipment is maintained in good condition. The tools that need to be inserted/removed from the machines are heavy, and you will use a forklift/overhead crane to perform the work.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a setter or completed training as a setter
• Forklift license
• Overhead crane license
• Fluent Swedish

• Experience in the plastic industry

Working hours are 2-shift Monday to Friday. The start date for the position is according to agreement. We are working with ongoing selection, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
