This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client in Västerås. This means that you will be employed by Manpower but spend your working days at the client's site. This is a seasonal full-time position during the summer.

The Job as an Assembler

As an assembler at our client in Västerås, you will be part of a technology-driven team with exciting development opportunities. Your work will involve assembling both small and large components in an environment that requires precision and efficiency. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting drawings. Together with your colleagues, you will strive for continuous improvements in both the work process and the final product. For those with a forklift license, there may also be forklift driving as part of the tasks.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 06:30-14:55

Who Are We Looking For?

For this position, we are looking for someone with a technical interest who is motivated by a challenge. We prefer that you have previous experience in the industry and that you are a driven and curious person who appreciates the opportunity to develop. The daily work requires you to be responsible and flexible in your professional role.

Requirements for the Position

• Technical background, either from education or work
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also advantageous if you have a forklift license and/or experience in assembly and/or electrical connections.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record before a possible employment.
