Sales and Operations Manager (Parental Leave Cover)

As one of our stars goes on parental leave, we are looking for a replacement for a parental leave cover for the role of Sales and Operations Manager located in northwestern Skåne.

As a Sales and Operations Manager, you will work alongside the Regional Manager to increase sales and profitability. The focus is on business development, quality assurance, and sales development in close collaboration with merchants who run the store as independent entrepreneurs/franchisees. You will be responsible for approximately 40 stores in Gothenburg, Halland, and northwestern Skåne.

Responsibilities and Tasks of the Sales and Operations Manager:

• Store visits, coaching franchisees towards sales targets
• Coaching franchisees to maximize campaign sales, sales competitions
• Responsible for opening new stores
• Ensuring compliance with agreements, laws, procedures, and regulations
• Ensuring concept compliance
• Ensuring store standards through quality and hygiene assurance
• Responsible for the execution of operational and administrative tasks
• Participate in projects and possibly act as project manager in store-related projects

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in economics, business development, or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in service trade and retail sales.
• Experience in merchandising
• Driving license (B) as travel is included in the position.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as communication mainly occurs in this language.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Good experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drives).
• Experience in change management within retail.

Additional Information

• The position is a fixed-term employment, parental leave cover, for a period of at least 11 months.
