As Project Performance Manager for Sweden, you, along with your team, will have the overall responsibility for:
Portfolio Performance Monitoring
- Lead the Project Performance Process in Sweden and ensure that everyone has the support and information they need to make decisions, as well as identify risks, opportunities, and action plans.
- Lead the monthly financial project closure and ensure control over the project portfolio through review and evaluation of each project's results.
Portfolio Managers support
- Support our business areas in identifying, reviewing, and solving problems in projects and ensuring they are managed effectively.
- Develop and drive strategies to improve portfolio performance and the risk management process to minimize the likelihood/impact of issues.
Project Management standards
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project management standards and tools, ensure ISO compliance, and provide training in the area.
Project Management network
- Lead SYSTRA Sweden's project management network.
Project Managers expert support
- Provide expert assistance to project managers in best practices for project management, prevent issues, and manage emerging challenges.
Client satisfaction
- Implement procedures to measure customer satisfaction, analyze results, and take improvement actions.
- Lead reviews of key projects to ensure that SYSTRA's commitments are met and develop action plans as needed.
The role also includes personnel responsibility for five direct reports. You will collaborate with senior personnel in Sweden and work with SYSTRA Group.
About you

Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or another relevant education considered equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience working in a similar industry as a senior project manager
- 1–3 years of experience as a line manager
- Experience in leading and driving processes at the corporate level
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
- Previous relevant experience working with ABK09 standards
- Very good knowledge of ISO 9001 and its application
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
- Certification for PMP, IPMA level B, or equivalent recognized certification

Location and other information
We offer a permanent position starting by agreement. You will be based in one of our offices in Stockholm (we have offices both in the south and north), but we also offer the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. Travel may occur in the job.
