About the Job

We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Upplands Väsby. The position is a permanent employment of 6 hours/week, with an initial 6-month probation period. The position is expected to be filled as soon as possible!

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Restocking merchandise
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Cash handling and participation in opening/closing

About You

We are looking for an engaged and hard-working sales associate who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities instead of limitations
• Is willing to learn Deichmann's shoe concept
• Is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

We see many pathways into Deichmann; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service roles, such as in restaurants/stores, or have worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast-paced environment, or you may be looking for your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right mindset. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to provide that little extra for the customer, this job could be for you. As a person, you are willing to take responsibility and thrive on challenges. We also appreciate if you are open to working in nearby stores and can work extra hours when needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you must speak and write fluent Swedish.
